*Pad is not included with chin strap. This chin strap works best with the JoViPak Universal Neck Pad and is not appropriate for use with the Peri-Auricular Neck Pad.
*If you will need a trach hole cut, you must call in this order at 888-550-2709 and pay the $80 alteration fee upfront. A return label will then be sent in the same package as your original garment. The alteration fee includes both the chin strap and the neck pad (sold separately).

Details
The Chin Strap - Standard is designed to address edema of the neck, the mandible, and the anterior/lateral aspects of the face, and partially covers the ears.
Velcro® straps at the neck and the top of the head (occipital) can be adjusted to the patient's comfort level. The easily adjustable straps allow the patient to be comfortable during various stages of their condition and makes wearing the product overnight more pleasant.
