To be eligible for a return or exchange for any reason other than a defect, the item must be unused, not tried on, and in unopened packaging, in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Compression Guru must be notified within 3 days of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking number) by phone at 615-422-4878 during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST).
These items are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects only.
