Returns & Exchanges
Most products are eligible for return within 30 days. Because compression garments are medical products, some items have specific requirements.
- Knit compression garments may be returned within 30 days even if worn (must be washed).
- Bandages and supplies must be unopened and resellable.
- Custom dyed or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective.

Please note that all custom order forms must be completed and submitted by a licensed clinician in order to be processed.
