This superabsorbent dressing with silicone adhesive and border is designed for the effective management of moderate to heavily exuding acute and chronic wounds. It combines high absorption capacity with gentle skin contact, helping maintain a balanced wound environment while supporting patient comfort.

Advanced Absorption & Skin Protection

The absorbent core features a unique combination of loose cellulose fibers and superabsorbent polymer (SAP), allowing fluid to be rapidly absorbed and securely locked away. This helps reduce the risk of maceration while maintaining an optimal moist wound healing environment.

A soft, silicone-coated wound contact layer and surrounding border provide gentle adhesion to the skin. This design enables the dressing to be lifted and repositioned as needed without compromising skin integrity, while still ensuring secure placement throughout wear time.
