Details
The JoviPak Classic Arm Sleeve is a full length sleeve filled with shredded foam primarily used as a nighttime garment, eliminating the need to bandage at night. Continuous Flow channeling directs lymph fluid laterally away from the axilla toward an alternate functional pathway. The Slimline option offers narrower channels and a softer material for patients with sensitive skin but is not as durable as the standard classic arm sleeve.
The JoviJacket is sold separately but recommended to add additional compression over the Classic Arm Sleeve.

I was really excited about getting my JoviPak sleeve as I know quite a few people who raved about it, however I was not very impressed by it. The sleeve has a decent amount of give to it once you have worn it a couple times. I was thrilled with how snug it fit when I first put it on as I was between two sizes so I sized down. I was also on the edge of ordering a long too, which I did and it was great. After some stretch (I have only worn it three times) I had to wrap it to ensure it did not slide off my arm. There are several other products on the market that may work just as well, but the kicker is they are all slightly different so if you like one feature it is likely not on the other product. I also have tried the tributewrap MCP to axilla which is great, it is cheaper than the Jovipak and come with a sleeve to give more compression, AND it has velcro straps to allow the compression that suits you, but it does not give full coverage to your nailbeds. The JoviPak is one compression and while it extends to the nailbeds, it does not come with the compression sleeve that is included with the tributewrap. This is approx an additional $150. I wish there was product on the market that extends to the nailbeds with a sleeve and velcro that did not break the bank.
