The SIGVARIS (formerly Biacare) ChipSleeve provides 15-25 mmHg of compression with open cell foam chips that provide a massaging effect on the superficial lymphatics. This massage and compression helps to soften fibrotic tissue and reduce edema. Directional channels move lymph fluid safely out of the affected area. This garment can be worn as a bandage liner or as a stand along compression garment.
The moisture wicking fabric also features anti-odor and soil release properties. This garment is Latex free.
Indications include edema, lymphedema, post-operative swelling and mild fibrosis.
