Returns & Exchanges

Most products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, although restrictions may apply if garments are worn as outlined below.

Knit Compression Garments

Knit compression products including stockings, socks, arm sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves can be returned within 30 days even if worn. Garments must be laundered prior to returning or a $10 cleaning fee will be charged.

Special Order & Customized Items

Special order items including custom dyed colors cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Consumer customizable products such as trim-to-fit or microfine products cannot be returned once worn or customized.

Alternative Compression Products

Alternative compression products including pads, nighttime garments, wraps, and bandaging liners can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase but cannot be worn. They may be tried on briefly for size.

Return Authorization Required

Bandaging Materials

Bandages, foams, padding, and other bandaging materials may only be returned if in new, unused, unopened, resellable condition.

Shipping & Fees

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer except for defective products.
• Items refused or returned to sender will be charged original shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled by telephone and cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
