The new SIGVARIS Secure aims to solve a problem many people suffering from swelling disorders or more severe vascular disease, keeping swelling down without cutting in or reducing in effectiveness over the day. The higher containing fabric of the Secure holds in swelling better than most off the shelf garments and resist the bunching and tourniquet effect at the ankle and that can plaque lymphedema patients as well as others in stockings that are designed with more stretch.
