The SIGVARIS Secure Glove uses the new for 2018 Secure fabric that offers an excellent mix of comfort and containment. This higher containing fabric is ideal for patients with more severe swelling that do not want the thickness of a flat knit fabric. SIGVARIS calls the secure fabric a hybrid fabric because it has some of the benefits of both circular knit and flat knit fabrics. This fabric is less likely to experience the "cutting in" feeling some patients get in thinner fabrics. Double coated yarns keep the spandex fibers away from your skin and ensure a soft fit.
